Steve Cosmopulos

Steve Cosmopulos is the legendary founder of Hill, Holliday, Connors, and Cosmopulos of Boston, where he served as chairman of the Board and Co Creative Director. An internationally recognized creative director, Steve has developed award winning work over several decades for companies like Dunkin Donuts “munchkins”, Data General, Hood, Fenway Franks, Fleet, Polaroid, Spaulding and many others. His numerous awards include Clios, Addys, Hatch, Andys, the New York Art Directors Club, and the Cannes Advertising Festival. In addition to Hill Holliday, Steve founded Advertising associates of Palm Beach, Cosmopulos Crowley and Daly-Boston, Cosmopulos Palmer-New York, Cosmopulos-Lee-Boca Raton, and Cahill Cosmopulos-Connecticut. He was twice named one of Americas top 100 creative minds. For a quarter of a century Steve has given back and taught at Syracuse University.

Board Members

Kathleen O'Neill

Kathleen is the immensely likable and pioneering founder of KO ltd, the designer and manufacturer of “Blanco Negro” a contemporary line of womens clothing utilizing “hand spun, hand dyed, and hand woven” cottons from the Mayans of central America. A love of Mayan cotton, and a desire to create markets for native Mayan villages were the central motivations of Kathleens early career. For over 25 years KO traveled to Central America, in the midst of 20 years of civil war, armed only with her wits and a money belt, Kathleen created markets for native weavers using her designs, her marketing and management skills, and network of retail distribution.

In 2004 Kathleen created one of the worlds first pop up guerrilla stores in Boston, named “the Designers Circus”. She continues her creativity with KO and Company and a series of internet initiatives, focusing on her contempories in the design field.

Rob Clayton

Well known sailor, and sportsman, Rob comes from a legendary insurance family going back to the earliest days of Wisconsins history. For over 30 years Rob has been advising clients on Risk and Risk management. He can be found at Zingen and Braun or sailing somewhere on an Inland lake.
